Who we are

Aventine is the private medical practice of Dr Adam Hussein, operating in London and by arrangement elsewhere. For anything in this notice, contact consult@aventine.example.

What we collect

Contact details you share when you enquire; medical history and clinical records created during consultations and treatment; billing records. Nothing more.

How it is used

Solely to provide your care, to keep lawful clinical records, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Your information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never published. Messaging happens over the channel you chose to contact us on (for example WhatsApp, which is end-to-end encrypted in transit).

Where it lives

Clinical records are held privately and confidentially by the practice. Where the practice uses software involving artificial intelligence for its own administration, stored identifying details — names and contact information — are never included; internal dictation is processed with contact-style details automatically redacted, and patients are referred to by internal codenames rather than names.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or (where applicable) deletion of your personal data, and you may complain to the ICO. Clinical records are retained for the periods required of medical practitioners in the UK.
